Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Oded Duek (“we”, “us”), the developer of Lulladay. They apply to the Lulladay app and to this website. By using Lulladay, you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use the app. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Lulladay is a diary, not a doctor
Lulladay doesn't give medical advice. Its estimates, charts, reminders and the assistant's answers can be wrong. Always follow your doctor's advice, and in an emergency call your local emergency number right away.
1. What Lulladay is
Lulladay helps parents and caregivers record a baby's feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and more, see summaries and estimates from those records, and share them with family. You can use it Free on your phone without an account, or with Premium, which adds family sharing and more.
2. Not medical advice
- Lulladay is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any illness or condition.
- Estimates (such as “Usual next nap”), growth percentiles, usual ages for milestones, reminders and the assistant's answers are general information. They are based only on what was recorded and can be wrong or incomplete.
- Follow your doctor's advice and the instructions for any medicine. Don't rely on Lulladay's reminders for medicine doses or anything urgent: phones can delay or silence notifications.
- If you are worried about your baby, contact a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
3. Who can use Lulladay
- You must be an adult (18, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher) to create an account or buy Premium.
- An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else used your account.
- Give correct details when you create an account.
4. Your records
- They're yours. You keep all rights to what you record. You allow us to store, copy, sync and process it only as needed to run Lulladay for you and your family, as described in the Privacy policy.
- You're responsible for what you record and for having the right to record it.
- Keep your own copy of records that matter to you. Lulladay lets you save backup files and export CSV and PDF files at any time.
5. Families
- A family account lets up to 4 people, including you, share one diary, each on their own phone. Invite only people you trust: everyone in a family can see and change its records.
- The family owner manages the family: they can invite and remove members and hand ownership to another member. If the owner deletes their account, the family's shared records are deleted from our server; each phone keeps the copy it has.
- Entries a member added stay in the family's records when that member leaves or is removed.
6. Free and Premium
- Free includes every tracker, timer and reminder, the usual next nap, bedtime and feed, and reports for the last 7 days, on your phone, without an account.
- Premium adds family sharing and the other features listed in the app. One subscription covers the whole family.
- Subscriptions are sold through Google Play or the App Store, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the store charges for the renewal, unless it is cancelled in your store account settings before the period ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). Subscriptions are managed in Google Play or the App Store; deleting the app or your Lulladay account doesn't end them.
- Free trial. New subscribers may be able to start with a 7-day free trial; the store shows whether your account can use it. A family can use a free trial only once. When a trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid one, unless it was cancelled before the trial ended.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies and the law where you live. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- When Premium ends, every phone keeps the records it has and continues as Free. The family's copy on our server is kept for 30 days and is then deleted.
- We may change Premium's features or prices. Price changes for existing subscribers follow the store's rules, which include notice in advance and, where required, your consent.
7. The AI assistant
- The assistant comes with Premium and the free trial, within the daily and monthly allowances shown in the app. We may change the allowances, and the assistant may sometimes be unavailable or paused.
- It uses an AI model run by OpenAI in the United States. The Privacy policy explains what is sent and what is kept.
- AI makes mistakes. Check every entry the assistant fills in before you save it; it never saves anything by itself. Its answers are general information, not medical advice.
- Don't use the assistant for anything unlawful or harmful, or try to make it produce such content.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Lulladay to break the law or to harm or harass anyone. Don't try to reach other people's records without their permission, share invitation codes publicly or guess them, interfere with or overload the service, probe its security, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except as far as the law allows. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning when that's reasonable.
9. The service and changes
- We work to keep Lulladay available and your records safe, but we can't promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors. Syncing needs an internet connection.
- We may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop running Lulladay's server, we will tell you well in advance so you can save your records, and the diary on your phone keeps working.
10. Our rights in Lulladay
Lulladay, including its design, text, code and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on phones you own or control, for yourself and your family, under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
11. Disclaimers and liability
- Lulladay is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including that it fits a particular purpose.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the loss of records you could have kept in a backup file, or for decisions made based on Lulladay's estimates, reminders or answers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
12. Ending
You can stop using Lulladay at any time, and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by email: see Delete your account. These terms then end for you, except the parts meant to last, such as sections 10 and 11.
13. Google Play and the App Store
- These terms are between you and us, not Google or Apple. We, not they, are responsible for Lulladay and its content. Google Play's and the App Store's own terms also apply to your use of their stores.
- If you got Lulladay from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Lulladay. If Lulladay fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any; as far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, handle any claims about Lulladay, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims. You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States government embargo and are not on a United States government list of restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, give notice in advance, for example in the app's update notes or by email to account holders. If you keep using Lulladay after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using Lulladay and delete your account.
15. Contact us
If something goes wrong, please write to us first, and we'll try to put it right.
